ARMON is designed for riders’ convenience, security and peace of mind. Regardless of booking method – such as with the call center, booking app, or a website reservation – fare and all trip parameters are determined at the time of booking.

ARMON provides riders with multiple methods to request trips:

• ARMON provides riders with hassle free rides, because trip details do not change after booking.

• Fare is calculated and the rider’s portion of the cost will be clearly determined at the time of booking

• Your driver is also informed of the trip’s fare and the rider’s copayment in advance at the time of the trip reservation.

• Co-Payment can be paid with Cash and Credit card in the app or via the Call Center

• The trip type and parameters are also established at the time of booking, including:

• Trip types such as ambulatory or wheelchair. Rider co-payment for both ambulatory and wheelchair trips is the same.

• Riders may book a service animal with their trip for free.

•  Riders may book a companion with their trip for free.
